Such shelves are most commonly used in high-bay warehouses and ultra-high-end warehouses (most of the shelves in automated warehouses use such shelves).

Structure

The heavy-duty shelves are assembled by columns, beams, cross braces, diagonal braces and self-locking bolts, which can effectively prevent the shelves from being unstable after the bolts are loosened. The beams are made of special cold-rolled P-type closed beams; the structure is simple, reliable and light. The bearing capacity is strong and the cost is low; when the column card is connected with the column, it is equipped with a special design safety pin, which can ensure that the beam will not fall off under the impact of external force; the layer board adopts the strip layer made internationally and has strong bearing capacity. It is resistant to wear, simple to replace, and low in maintenance cost.


Installation method
First, the horizontal pull (cross support) and the diagonal pull (straight support) are screwed onto the column. The assembled two column pieces (one column piece = two columns + several horizontal pulls + several diagonally pulled) are erected on the ground, and the distance between the two pieces of the column is adjusted to the length of the beam and then the beam is installed.
When installing the sub-frame, the column piece is first installed, and then the distance between the assembled column piece and the side column piece of the main frame is adjusted to the length of the beam, and then the beam is installed.
